原发性周期性肢动症和呼吸相关周期性肢动症的临床特点和意义

Clinical feature and significance of periodic limb movements during sleep and respiratory related limb move-ments

摘要 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（SleepApneaSyndrome，SAS）和睡眠期周期性肢动症（PeriodicLimbMove‐mentsduringSleep，PLMS）都是临床常见的睡眠障碍，睡眠呼吸障碍患者周期性腿动的发生率较高。呼吸相关周期性腿动（RespiratoryRelatedLimbMovements，RRLM）与原发性PLMS患者的腿动，虽然都满足PLMS的诊断标准，但在腿动的时间结构和腿动相关的心率变化方面仍存在差异，临床上分析多导睡眠图（PSG）时常将呼吸相关腿动忽略，缺乏合理性。现对RRLM的临床和PSG特点进行描述，分析PLM与更高的心血管疾病风险之间关系的相关文章，并对这种关系的可能的机制进行讨论。
