新疆维汉帕金森病患者发病危险因素的分析 被引量:3

Analysis of risk factors in Parkinson disease patients in Xinjiang Uyghur and Han

摘要 目的:探讨新疆维汉帕金森病(PD)患者发病的危险因素。方法入选130例PD患者和80例健康人,通过完成危险因素调查表及血尿酸、血同型半胱氨酸等水平测定,比较维汉PD患者与对照组各指标的差异性。结果维汉PD患者在吸烟,饮茶史,饮酒史方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对PD发病危险因素行回归分析结果显示饮酒史,饮咖啡史,血同型半胱氨酸与PD发病呈正相关(β分别为1.134,0.869,0.975);饮茶史,吸烟史,甘油三酯,低密度脂蛋白,尿酸与PD发病呈负相关(β分别为-2.613,-0.861,-2.155,-1.171,-2.914)。结论维吾尔PD患者在饮酒,吸烟,饮茶方面较汉族PD患者程度严重,吸烟和饮茶史是PD的保护性因素,饮酒史和饮咖啡史是PD发病的危害性因素,低甘油三酯血症,低密度脂蛋白,低尿酸血症均可增加PD的发病风险。 Objective To investigate the risk factors in patients with Parkinson disease (PD) in Xinjiang Uyghur and Han .Methods Totals of 130 PD patients and 80 healthy people were selected ,by measuring Risk Factors Questionnaire ,blood uric acid and blood homocysteine level to compare the index difference between the control group and PD group .Results The difference was statistically significant in PD patients ,including the history of tea drinking ,smoking and history of drinking in Uygur and Han (P 〈 0 .05) .Regression analysis of risk factors for the onset of PD in Xinjiang Uyghur and Han pa‐tients ,the results displayed that the history of drinking coffee ,drinking tea ,blood homocysteine was positively associated with the onset of PD (β=1 .134 ,0 .869 ,0 .975 ,respectively);A history of smok‐ing ,tea drinking ,triglyceride ,low density lipoprotein (LDL) ,uric acid were negatively correlated with the onset of PD(β= -2 .613 ,-0 .861 ,-2 .155 ,-1 .171 ,-2 .914 ,respectively) .Conclusions The Uy‐ghur patients are more serious in smoking , tea drinking and drinking than Han patients , history of smoking and tea drinking are protective factors of PD ,the history of drinking coffee and drinking are harmful to the onset of PD ,low hypertriglyceridemia ,low density lipoprotein ,low serum uric acid may increase the risk of PD .
