The study of the long- term cognitive impairment in post-- traumatic stress disorder patients

摘要 重大精神应激创伤后应激障碍患者轻度认知功能损害和痴呆的危险性增加，潜在损害机制主要涉及在神经生物学、表观遗传调控、病理生理机制、功能影像学及共病精神疾病等多个因素，单一因素或多因素的交互作用从不同途径影响认知功能。
