脑源性神经营养因子及其基因与焦虑障碍相关性研究进展 被引量:3

Correlation research progress of anxiety disorder and brain derived neurotrophic factor and its gene

摘要 焦虑障碍(AnxietyDisorder)是指在没有脑器质性疾病或其他精神疾病的情况下,以担心、紧张和恐惧等情绪障碍为主要表现的一种疾病。焦虑障碍常见的类型为惊恐障碍(PanicDisorder,PD)、广泛性焦虑障碍(GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder,GAD)、社交焦虑障碍(SocialAnxietyDisorder,SAD)等。它的发病率较高,Phillips等[1]于2009年发表的调查结果显示,我国焦虑障碍的时点患病率为5.5%,美国焦虑症的终生患病率约为28.8%[2],全球焦虑障碍的患病率为7.3%(非洲5.3%,欧美10.9%)[3]。
