摘要
通过对构建LM公司绩效管理体系的分析,将基于公司战略的绩效管理思想转化为具体可行的员工绩效管理工具,使绩效理念落实到操作层面,对提升公司管理水平和达成战略目标具有积极的促进作用,对其他公司绩效管理改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the analysis on the establishment of the performance management system in LM Company, based on the strategic performance management idea of the company converted to be a certain and feasible performance management tools of the staff, the performance idea could conduct on the operation interface, would have active promotion role to improve the management level of the company and to reach the strategic target and would have certain reference significances to the performance management and reform in other company.
