煤炭企业财务管理存在的问题及对策研究

以我国煤炭企业财务管理现状为研究基础,深刻分析了我国煤炭财务管理中存在的意识淡薄、体制不健全、投资决策科学化水平不高、财务风险较大、成本管理难度大等问题,针对这些问题,提出了一系列管理措施,为提升煤炭企业财务管理水平提供借鉴。
