摘要
本试验旨在探讨贵州美酒河流域白酒糟对黔北麻羊羔羊生长性能、氮代谢与血浆免疫指标的影响。采用单因素随机区组试验设计,将32只羔羊随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组白酒糟添加水平分别为7%、14%、21%。预试期10d,正试期30d。结果显示:1)4组羔羊干物质采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组平均净增重、平均日增重显著高于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组料重比最低,显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。2)4组间食入氮、粪氮、氮的消化率与蛋白质效率比差异不显著(P>0.05),但均以Ⅱ组数值最佳;与其余3组相比,Ⅱ组尿氮显著降低(P<0.05),沉积氮、吸收氮、净蛋白质利用率及氮的生物学价值则显著提高(P<0.05)。3)血浆总蛋白、球蛋白含量以Ⅰ组最高,显著高于其他组(P<0.05);白蛋白含量以对照组最低,且与Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05);而对照组和Ⅱ组白蛋白/球蛋白显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,补饲14%白酒糟可有效提高黔北麻羊羔羊生长性能与氮代谢,改善血浆免疫性能指标。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of distillers' grain originated from Meijiuhe river area on growth performance,nitrogen metabolism and plasma immune indices of Qianbeima lambs.Thirty-two healthy lambs were randomly assigned to 4groups with 8replicates per group and 1lamb per replicate in a single factor randomized block design.Lambs in control group,and groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed 1of 4diets differing in distiller's grain supplemental level at 0(basal diet),7%,14% and 21%,respectively.Results:1)no significant difference of dry matter was found among the four groups(P〉0.05);group Ⅱ resulted in significantly increased average net gain and average daily gain relative to control group and groupⅢ(P〈0.05),and therefore,significantly reduced feed to gain ratio relative to group Ⅲ(P〈0.05).2)Nitrogen intake,fecal nitrogen,nitrogen digestibility and protein efficiency ratio were unaffected for 4dietary treatments(P〉0.05),but groupⅡ was found to have the best determined levels;group Ⅱ had the lowest urine nitrogen(P〈0.05)and the highest nitrogen retention,absorption of nitrogen,net protein efficiency and biological value of nitrogen(P〈0.05)over other 3groups.3)Plasma contents of total protein and globulin were found significantly higher in groupⅠthan other groups(P〈0.05).GroupⅡ had significantly higher plasma albumin content over control group(P〈0.05).Control group and group Ⅱ had significantly higher plasma albumin/globulin over group Ⅰ(P〉0.05).These results indicate that dietary supplementation of 14% distillers' grain can increase growth performance and nitrogen metabolism,and improve plasma immune indices of Qianbeima lambs.
