从塑料原料进入料筒,通过螺杆输送、压缩、塑化成熔料的整个过程,通过不同材料的特性详细地分析了螺杆的行程、螺杆的转速和螺杆的转矩的合理配置与设定,同时也分析了塑化时间和熔料停留时间对成品质量的影响。
From plastic raw materials into the barrel,through the screw conveyor,compression and plasticization to melt,this paper analyzes rational allocations and settings of screw stroke,screw speed and the screw torque by the characteristics of different materials. This paper also analyzes the impact of plasticization time and melt residence time on the finished product quality.
