糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病人临床护理中的作用

The Effect of Diabetes Nursing Group in the Clinical Nursing of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病人临床护理中的作用。方法以该院2013年8月—2014年10月收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中30例接受临床常规护理的患者设为对照组,另30例由糖尿病护理小组进行护理的患者设为观察组。比较两组患者护理前后的血糖控制情况、焦虑和抑郁程度。结果护理前,两组患者的血糖水平、焦虑和抑郁程度相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过护理干预,两组的血糖水平均较护理前有所下降,且焦虑和抑郁程度明显减轻,而观察组各项观察指标也优于对照组,组内护理前后的差异、两组护理后的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,将糖尿病护理小组引入糖尿病临床护理中能更好地控制患者的血糖水平,更好地缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of diabetes nursing group in the clinical nursing of diabetic patients. Methods 60 diabetic patients admitted in the hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the subjects. Of the patients, 30 cases who received the clinical usual care were set as the control group, and other 30 cases who nursed by the diabetes nursing group were set as the observation group. And the status of glycemic control, anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Before nursing, the difference in the blood glucose level, status of anxiety and depression between the two groups was not statistically significant, P〉0.05. After nursing intervention, the blood glucose level decreased and the status of anxiety and depression alleviated significantly in both groups compared with before nursing, P〈0.05. And the blood glucose level decreased and the status of anxiety and depression alleviated more obviously in the observation group than that in the control group, respectively after nursing, P〈0.05. Conclusion Compared with the usual care, diabetes nursing group applied to the clinical nursing for diabetic patients could better control the blood glucose, alleviate the negative mood and improve the quality of life of the patients.
