糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用

Application of Diabetes Health Education in Department of Endocrinology Nursing

目的对糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取该院于2013年10月—2014年12月收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组与研究组各30例;给予对照组患者常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上,进行糖尿病健康教育,比较两组患者的血糖控制率、糖尿病知识掌握情况及依从性。结果研究组患者血糖控制率为93.3%,明显优于对照组的56.7%(P<0.05),且研究组患者糖尿病相关知识的掌握情况及依从性均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗糖尿病的过程中,同时对患者进行健康教育,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平,提高患者对糖尿病的认知度,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of diabetes health education in Department of Endocrinology nursing. Methods 60 patients with diabetes admitted in the hospital from October 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated by the conventional nursing, and the study group was given diabetes health education combined with the conventional nursing. And the glycemic control rate, status of mastering of the knowledge related to diabetes and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The glycemic control rate was much higher in the study group than that in the control group （93.3%vs 56.7%） （P〈0.05）. The study group was much better than the control group in the aspects of mastering of the knowledge related to diabetes and compliance with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes, treatment combined with health education can effectively control the blood glucose level, improve the awareness of diabetes and promote the rehabilitation.
