2型糖尿病酮症治疗中胰岛素泵与常规皮下注射胰岛素的疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨比较胰岛素泵与常规皮下注射胰岛素对2型糖尿病酮症患者临床治疗效果。方法收集该院2012年12月—2014年12月收治的80例2型糖尿病酮症患者前瞻性研究且随机分为两组,每组40例,常规皮下注射组患者给予常规注射笔皮下注射胰岛素,胰岛素泵组患者给予胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素,比较两组患者的酮体消失时间、血糖与整体病情控制情况等。结果胰岛素泵组患者治疗后酮体消失时间、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与睡前血糖均显著性低于常规皮下注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胰岛素泵组治疗后整体病情控制情况显著性优于常规皮下注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过胰岛素泵注射胰岛素的方式对2型糖尿病酮症患者的酮体消除时间、血糖控制水平及整体病情控制情况要优于常规皮下注射胰岛素的方式,治疗效果更为显著,具有借鉴性。 Objective To investigate the comparison with the conventional subcutaneous insulin pump insulin in type 2 diabetic patients clinical results ketosis. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis prospective study of 80 cases in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were treated and randomly divided into two groups of 40 people, conventional subcutaneous group of patients treated with conventional subcutaneous injection pen insulin, insulin pump patients were given continuous subcutaneous insulin pump, two groups were compared disappearance time of ketone bodies, blood glucose and overall disease control and so on. Results Insulin pump therapy in patients with ketone bodies disappear time, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose with bedtime significantly lower than conventional subcutaneous group, there was a significant difference statistically significant (P〈0.01); insulin after pump therapy overall disease control situation significantly better than conventional subcutaneous group, there was a significant difference statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusion By the way insulin pump insulin injections in patients with type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis ketones elimination time, glycemic control and overall disease control situation is better than the conventional way of subcutaneous insulin, treatment effect is more significant, with Reference.
