106例糖尿病肾病患者临床治疗效果研究

Clinical Treatment Effect of 106 Cases with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨和分析血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对于治疗糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院自2014年5月—2015年4月期间收治的106例患者作为研究对象,并把其随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组各53例,对照组给予贝那普利口服治疗;观察组采用缬沙坦与贝那普利联合治疗。之后对患者治疗前后和24 h内的尿蛋白值,以及血肌酶变化情况进行统计分析比较。结果经过6个月的治疗,观察组和对照组患者的尿蛋白值分别为0.310 g/L、0.525 g/L,均较治疗前有明显的改善,而两组患者尿蛋白值改善对比,差异有统计学意义(t=9.017,P<0.05),观察组患者的血肌酐值为(140.33±37.98)μmol/L,明显低于对照组(132.30±43.05)μmol/L,该两组患者经治疗后的血肌酐值对比,差异有统计学意义(t=9.017,P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病肾病患者,运用血管紧张素受体拮抗剂与转换酶抑制剂类药物进行联合用药治疗,有利于改善糖尿病患者的肾功能,其所起到的保护作用更加显著。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selected in our hospital from 106 patients treated during April May 2014 to 2015 as the re-search object, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group and control group of 53 cases, control group was given oral benazepril treatment; the observation group used valsartan combined with benazepril in the treatment. After treatment and 24 hours urine protein, and the changes of blood enzymes were statistically analyzed. Results After 6 months of treatment, the observation group and the control group, the urine protein values were 0.310g/L, 0.525g/L and were compared with those before treatment is significantly improved, and two groups of patients with proteinuria value to improve contrast, with obvious differences in （t=9.017, P 〈 0.05）, the observation group of patients with serum creatinine values （140.33±37.98）μmol/L, significantly lower than the control group （132.30±43.05）μmol/L, the two groups of patients af-ter treatment, blood creatinine value comparison, have obvious difference, also has statistical significance （t=9.017, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion in the patients with diabetic nephropathy using vascular tension endothelin receptor antagonist, and con-verting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI drug combination therapy, to improve renal function in patients with diabetes, they play a protective effect is more significant.
