“胰美舒”治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床探讨

Clinical Study on the Treatment to Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Yi-mei-shu

目的探讨"胰美舒"治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将2013年8月—2015年1月期间收治的80例Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成两组,对照组为基础用药加营养神经药物,治疗组为基础用药加"胰美舒",对两组进行疗效观察。结果对照组和治疗组有效率分别为56.7%和90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"胰美舒"能够有效改善Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床症状。

Objective Discuss the clinical effect on the treatment to type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Yi-mei-shu. Methods 80 cases type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients, accepted from August 2013 to January 2015, were divided randomly into 2 groups, and the control group were cured with the basic drug plus the nutritional drug, while the treatment group were cured with the basic drug and Yi-mei-shu, and then the effect of the two groups were observed. Re-sults The effective rate of the control group and the treatment group are 56.7% and 90% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yi-mei-shu could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 di-abetic peripheral neuropathy.
