亚临床甲状腺功能减退与2型糖尿病血管并发症关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退与糖尿病血管并发症的关系。方法选择徐州医学院附属医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者130例,分为单纯糖尿病组(DM组)81例和亚临床甲状腺功能减退组(SCH组)49例。SCH组内分为SCH1组(4.2 m IU/L≤TSH<10 m IU/L)38例和SCH2组(TSH≥10 m IU/L)11例。记录各组患者的临床资料,检测生化指标,进行血管并发症的筛查,比较各组之间的差异。结果 SCH组TC、LDL-C高于DM组,冠心病、颈动脉硬化和糖尿病肾病的发生率高于DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SCH2组LDL-C高于SCH1组,糖尿病视网膜病变发生率高于SCH1组和DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退易发生脂代谢紊;发生冠心病、颈动脉硬化和糖尿病肾病的风险性增高;高水平TSH的糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变的风险增高。
