糖尿病合并坠积性肺炎整体护理效果的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of the Whole Nursing Effect of Diabetes Mellitus Combined with the Fall of the Product

目的探讨糖尿病合并坠积性肺炎患者的护理效果。方法随机抽取该院近年来收治的80例糖尿病合并坠积性肺炎患者为研究对象,通过护理评估获得相应临床资料,针对患者具体情况给予个体化的整体护理措施,以观察其护理效果。结果通过积极的治疗和整体护理,80例患者中,69例患者治愈(治愈率为86.25%),8例患者好转,总有效率为96.25%;3例患者因呼吸衰竭死亡,病死率为3.75%。患者出院时血糖均降至正常水平。结论对糖尿病合并坠积性肺炎患者采取科学有效的个体化整体护理措施,可达到促进病情好转、提高治愈率、预防并发症的发生和降低病死率的目的,获得的护理效果较为满意。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of the patients with diabetes mellitus with the fall of the product. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object, and the clinical data were obtained by nursing assessment. Results In 80 patients, 69 patients were cured （cure rate 86.25%）, 8 patients improved, the total effective rate was 96.25%; 3 patients died of respiratory failure, the mortality rate was 3.75%. Blood glucose levels were reduced to normal levels in patients. Conclusion The scientific and ef-fective individualized nursing measures for the patients with diabetes mellitus combined with the fall of the product can achieve the purpose of promoting the improvement of the disease, improving the cure rate, preventing the occurrence of complications and reducing the mortality rate.
