Studies on Summerwood Cutting Propagation of Plumbago auriculata

通过对不同扦插设施、扦插时间、生长调节剂处理3因素研究蓝雪花嫩枝扦插技术,结果表明新型扦插设施能显著提高扦插成活率;5月是蓝雪花嫩枝扦插的最佳时间;利用植物生长调节剂处理能显著提高蓝雪花嫩枝扦插的生根率;NAA最佳的质量浓度为1000 mg·L-1,IAA最佳的质量浓度为1500 mg·L-1,IBA最佳的质量浓度为1500 mg·L-1。

Studied summerwood cutting propagation technique of Plumbago auriculata,by researched on cutting facilities,cutting time and different hormones treatment.The results showed that a new type of cutting facilities can significantly improve the survival rate of cuttings;May is the best time for summerwood cutting of Plumbago auriculata;Using growth hormone can significantly improve roo-ting,and the best concentration level is 1000 mg· L^-1 for using NAA,the best concentration level is 1500 mg· L^-1 for using IAA, the best concentration level is 1500 mg· L^-1 for using IBA.
