摘要
某厂采用中频感应熔炼-锻造-轧制-拉拔工艺生产的GH1040合金丝表面有裂纹、凹坑、起皮等质量问题。通过与国内其他厂家生产的质量较好的GH1040合金丝进行化学成分和显微组织对比分析,确定了影响某厂GH1040合金丝表面质量问题的因素:气体含量O、H偏高、合金丝内部有大量呈串状的脆性夹杂物TiN以及合金丝纵截面有非常明显的带状组织,其中带状组织的产生是影响表面质量的重要因素,因为带状组织的产生会严重降低材料的加工性能。因此应加强合金在熔炼过程中的净化,必要时可在中频感应熔炼后加电渣精炼工艺,通过电渣精炼来降低夹杂物的含量和减少铸锭成分偏析,以达到消除带状组织来提高合金丝表面。

Among them the banded structure is an important factor affecting the surface quality, because the band structure would seriously reduce the processing properties of materials. It should strengthen the alloy purification in the melting process, when necessary in medium frequency induction melting and electroslag refining process. By electroslag refining to reduce inclusion content and decrease of ingot segregation, it can be in order to eliminate the banded structure.
