良好的质量管理是企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保障。对于铸造车间来说,优良产品的生产不仅仅依靠良好的原材料,更在于其高水平的质量检测管理和控制手段。目前,我国许多铸造车间质量管理企业还存在问题,影响了企业的快速发展。本文首先分析铸造车间产品质量的主要因素,其次分析铸造车间质量管理方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出科学、有效的解决方案和措施。

For foundry, excellent production depends on not only the good raw materials, more lies in its high level of quality management and control means. Many foundry quality management enterprise in our country at present, there are problems, affecting the rapid development of the enterprise. This article first analyses the main factors of foundry quality, secondly analyses foundry quality management problems, and aimed at these problems of scientific and effective solutions and measures are put forward.
