摘要
针对电子元件焊点图像质量识别中,目标和背景不容易区分的问题,在传统图像增强算法的基础上,提出了基于灰度变换的改进算法和基于频域变换的改进算法,并利用软件进行了仿真,从实验结果看,图像增强的整体效果较好,细节清晰,目标和背景区分清楚。为后续电子元件的焊点质量识别提供了良好的基础。
Aiming at the problem that the solder joint image quality is not easy to distinguish between the target and the background, based on the traditional image enhancement algorithm, an improved algorithm based on gray transform and the improved algorithm based on frequency domain transform are proposed. It provides a good basis for the identification of" the solder joint quality of"the electronic components.
