摘要
通过TC18钛合金在同一温度下三种不同变形量锻造,研究了锻造变形量对棒材低倍组织的影响。研究结果表明:40%变形量下,棒材出现了不同程度的黑斑组织。本文通过对黑斑组织的化学成分、显微组织进行分析,可以得出黑斑组织不是由于化学成分偏析造成的,而是锻造变形量不均匀引起的组织不均匀。
Through TCI8 titanium alloy at the same temperatures about three different forging deformation, the influence of different forging deformation on the bars macrostructures were investigated. The results show that On the 40% forging deformation the bar appeared different degrees of black speck macrostructures.Through to the chemical composition and microstructure analysisofblack speck , It can draw conclusions that black speck is not due to chemical composition segregation,but the uneven microstructure of the forging deformation quantity.
