2015年上半年,受牛羊肉消费低迷、生产增加和进口因素影响,国内市场供求偏紧的状况有所缓和。3月以来牛羊肉价格持续下跌,养殖利润空间受到挤压。预计未来5年,中国牛羊肉生产将稳步增长,消费继续增加,供求偏紧的格局短期内不会改变,牛羊肉价格会有所波动,但幅度不会太大,仍将保持高位。
