农村集体建设用地相对价格的变动,是推动中国土地流转制度变迁的源动力。北京近年来出现了多种集体建设用地流转模式,包括发展高端园区、建设公租房、建设用地指标置换等。农村集体建设用地流转政策层面的渐进性变革方式促进了城乡要素的互动,提升了区域产业层次。
The relative price change of rural collective construction land is a source power for China to promote the reform of land transfer system. There were many types of transference of rural collective construction land in Beijing in recent years, including the development of high-end park, the construction of public rental housing, replacement of construction land indicator and so on. Progressive changes in the transference of rural collective construction land from policy level promoted the interaction of elements of the urban and rural areas and advanced the regional industrial level.
