富水软岩条件下综采工作面回撤工艺的创新

摘要 富水软岩地质条件下综采工作面的回撤一直是困扰榆树井煤矿生产的重大难题,受工作面顶板破碎、淋水及回撤通道底鼓等影响,工作面回撤后期出现困难,经过不断摸索,在11505工作面回撤时,采取了一系列的创新工艺,26 d回撤支架,创造了临沂矿业集团大型综采工作面回撤最快纪录。 Ahstraet: Under the geological condition of soft rock and water-rich, the withdraw technology of fully mechanized mining face had been a difficult problem for Yushujing coal mine. Because of the broken roof, water spraying, and floor heave of the withdraw roadway, it is difficult to withdraw the supports in thelater period. With hard work and effort, this paper proposed a series of innovative technologies in the withdraw process of NO. 11505 working face in Yushujing coal mine. The whole process used 26 days, which is the fastest record among all withdraw technology of fully mechanized mining face in Linyi mining group company.
