机掘工作面综合防尘系统参数优化设计与应用

摘要 针对辛置煤矿310二采区轨道巷煤体干燥、脆性大、截割产尘量大的问题,采用现场试验的方法,在分析产尘源的基础上,开展了高压外喷雾技术、压抽混合式通风除尘技术、运输、转载喷雾技术的研究,并结合现场生产条件及工艺,对各技术参数进行了优化,形成了一套适合于该工作面的综合防尘系统。 The coal seam in 310 second mining area Rail roadway of xinzhi coal mine is dry and brittle, and the amount of dust is very large when working. According to the problem, with the method of field test and on the basis of the analysis of producing dust source, this paper carried out the research including high pressure spray technology, mixed ventilation and dust removal technology with exhaust and blow and spray technology used in transportation and transfer point. Combining with field production condition and process, the technology parameters were optimized. At last, this paper studied a set of comprehensive dustproof system which is suitable for the working face.
