兖矿新疆硫磺沟煤矿针对矿井受水、火、瓦斯、冲击地压四大灾害影响的实际,在深入分析人、机、物、环等存在的不安全因素的基础上,提出了"树牢一个观念、落实三项制度、严把三个关口、形成全员合力"的安全隐患排查治理闭环管理新模式,从源头防范隐患,在过程中根治隐患,实现了由事后治理向事前预防、事中控制转变,确保了矿井安全发展。
