摘要
针对煤炭生产的具体流程,从绿色矿山的概念、安全开采、遗留废弃物的处理和利用、建立完善的管理制度等四个角度对绿色矿山的构建与发展进行了分析与讨论,并提出了具体的矿区环境保护机制和治理措施。
According to the specific process of coal production, the construction and development of green mine is analyzed and discussed from four perspectives： the concept of green mining, the treatment and utilization of the waste, the establishment of a perfect management system, and the specific environmental protection mechanism and the control measures are put forward.
