工业危险废物管理的现状、问题及对策研究——以宁夏为例

Analysis and suggestions for industrial hazardous waste management——Case study on Ningxia

近年来我国在工业危险废物管理方面采取了多种措施,尤其是在"十二五"期间开展了危险废物规范化管理考核,但是在实际管理过程中仍然存在一些问题。阐述了宁夏危险废物管理的现状及存在的问题,结合这些问题,提出了出台和修改相应法规和配套技术性指导文件、确定并规范危险废物鉴别机构、提升危险废物处置能力及加强监管等措施。

In recent years, many measures have been taken in the management of industrial hazardous wastes in China. Especially, the standardized management of hazardous wastes for enterprises was put forward during the 12th Five Years. But there are still many problems in the management in practice. The paper expounded the current situation and existing problems of hazardous waste management in Ningxia. Based on the current critical situation of hazardous waste management, some countermeasures were proposed.
