总结糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的在糖尿病（DM）的诊断、治疗效果评估、监测糖尿病慢性并发症三大方面重要性的相关研究，发现DM患者定期监测HbA1c有非常重要的意义；同时分析了在检测HbA1c中存在的不足，并提出了相关建议。

Through summarizing the related studies on the importance of HbA1c in the diagnosis of DM, evaluation of efficacy, monitoring chronic complications of diabetes, found that regular monitoring HbA1c of DM patients is very important; at the same time, this article has analyzed the weaknesses of the detection of glycosylated hemoglobin, and has put forward some relevant suggestions.
