一种旋转压缩机内部工质动态泄漏等效观测实验台的设计

摘要 本文介绍一种旋转压缩机内部工质动态泄漏等效观测实验台的设计,利用实时控制系统通过对高压活塞缸、低压活塞缸、微控推杆电机和转子电机的控制,从而实现动态压差和动态泄漏间隙的等效模拟。该装置较好的解决了在动态压差、动态泄漏间隙的工况下测量与观察压缩机内部工质泄漏情况的难题,为进一步研究压缩机的泄漏特性提供了方便。 This paper introduces the design of A kind of rotary compressor internal working fluid dynamic leakage equivalent observation experiment platform.It controls the high-pressure piston-cylinder, low pressure piston cylinder, push rod motor and micro-controlled rotor motor by the real-time control system to achieve the equivalent simulation of dynamic pressure and dynamic leakage gap .The device solves the problem in dynamic pressure, dynamic leakage gap measure and observation conditions inside the compressor refrigerant leak.It provides a convenient to further research leakage characteristics of the compressor.
