新中国成立以来,我国的宪法建设取得了一系列成就,但是认识偏颇、宪政工具主义盛行以及违宪审查制度不完善等问题尚制约宪法权威的真正建立以及宪法的实施,为维护宪法权威,保障宪法实施需要进行政治体制改革,推动政治宪法真正实施,纠正宪政工具主义的态度,建立完善的违宪审查制度。

Constitution of our country has achieved a series of achievements since the new China was founded. However, the bias of awareness, the prevalence of constitutional tools and imperfect of unconstitutional censorship restrict the establishment of constitutional authority and the implement of the Constitution. To safeguard the constitutional authority and protect the implementation of the Constitution, we need to implement political reform, promote the implementation of the Political Constitution, correct the attitude of the constitutional instrumentalist, establish a sound system of constitutional review.
