改善工业窑炉温度均匀性的设计方法

本文提出一种改善工业窑炉炉温均匀性的设计方法 ,使得均匀性在线可调整,该方法调节简单。在1米宽炉膛设备上实际应用,可将均匀性从±6℃降到±1.5℃以内。大大提高了设备品质和适用范围。

This paper proposes an improving design method of industrial furnace temperature uniformity and evenness can be adjusted online, this method is simple adjustment. The temperature uniformity can be improved from ＋6 ℃ to ± 1.5 ℃on lm wide chamber of furnace equipment practical application. Greatly improve the quality and scope of equipment.
