摘要
铸造成型技术在现代民用飞机结构件中正逐步推广,铸件结构设计特别注意基准的选择。本文首先阐述了铸件结构设计中毛坯基准和机加基准的选择确定,给出了毛坯基准转换到加工基准的一般考虑,最后以飞机舱门用导向槽为例进一步说明铸件结构设计中基准的优化选择。
The selection of reference should be observed in casting design as the casting technology was used in civil aireraft preducts step by step. At first this paper describes the determining of the rough reference and machining reference and gives the general consideration in translation from rough reference to machining reference in casting design. Finally, the reasonable selection of reference is justified by the track-guide groove part which used in aircraft door.
