结膜上皮细胞在角膜基质中转化为角膜上皮样细胞的研究

摘要 结膜和角膜上皮细胞来源于不同的细胞系,正常情况下,分化成熟的结膜和角膜上皮细胞表达不同的角蛋白,即角膜上皮细胞表达CK3/CK12蛋白,而结膜上皮细胞表达CK4/CK13蛋白。而且, Ck12和Ck13分别代表终末分化的角膜和结膜上皮细胞,角膜缘干细胞或早期发育角膜细胞不表达CK4和CK13蛋白[1]。
