伐昔洛韦联合胎盘多肽对复发性生殖器疱疹患者炎性因子、免疫功能的影响

The impact of valacyclovir combined with placental peptide injection on inflammatory factors,immune function and therapeutic effect of patients with recurrent genital herpes

目的:探讨伐昔洛韦联合胎盘多肽注射液治疗复发性生殖器疱疹患者对炎性因子、免疫功能的影响。方法:将81例复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分成观察组41例与对照组40例,两组患者均给予盐酸伐昔洛韦片口服,2次/d,0.3g/次,连续服用4周。观察组在此基础上加用胎盘多肽注射液氯化钠注射液250m L静滴。比较两组患者治疗前后炎性因子、免疫功能变化以及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后IL-2、TNF-γ、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均显著高于对照组(41.52±4.79 vs 22.03±2.31,12.62±2.85 vs 4.98±2.24,37.58±8.15 vs 32.16±3.85,1.32±0.26 vs 1.03±0.37),CD8+明显低于对照组(28.40±3.82 vs 30.82±4.64);治疗有效率明显高于对照组(95.12%vs 70.73%)。结论:昔洛韦联合胎盘多肽注射液有利于改善患者炎性症状和免疫功能,提高治疗效果。

Objectives：To study effect of valacyclovir combined with placental peptide injection on inflam-matory factors,immune function and therapeutic effect of patients with recurrent genital herpes.Methods：81 pa-tients with recurrent genital herpes were divided into observation group （41 cases）and control group （40 cases）. The control group was given valacyclovir （twice daily,0.3g every time）only,while observation group received val-acyclovir （twice daily,0.3g every time）joint placental peptide injection （250ml）.The inflammatory cytokines, immune function and clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment,the IL -2, TNF -γ,CD4 ＋,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （41.52 ± 4.79 vs 22.03 ±2.31,12.62 ±2.85 vs 4.98 ±2.24,37.58 ±8.15 vs 32.16 ±3.85,1.32 ±0.26 vs 1.03 ± 0.37）,and CD8 ＋was significantly lower than that of control group （28.40 ±3.82 vs 30.82 ±4.64）;the treat-ment efficiency was significantly higher than that of control group （95.12% vs 70.73%）.Conclusions：Valacyclo-vir combined with placental peptide injection help to improve the symptoms of inflammatory and immune function, hereby improving the effect of treatment.
