Strategy Analysis of Strengthening Water Conservancy Project Construction Contract Management

水利工程的施工合同将投资方和承建方的权利和义务以合同的形式呈现出来,具有一定的法律效力,对保障水利工程施工进度和质量有非常重要的作用。但是,在履行施工合同的过程中,还存在一些问题,使水利工程施工合同无法正常发挥其效力。通过分析水利工程施工合同管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的有效策略,以期为提高施工合同的效力提供相应的支持。

The construction contract of water conservancy projects will be the right and obligation of the parties to the contract. However, in the process of performing the construction contract, there are still some problems, so that the water conservancy project construction contract can＇t play its effectiveness. Through analyzing the problems existing in the management of water conservancy project construction contract, this paper puts forward the corresponding effective strategies, in order to provide the support to improve the effectiveness of the construction contract.
