夹具是产品制造中十分重要的工艺装备之一,它的质量、工作效率和可靠性对产品加工质量和生产效率起着决定性作用。通过介绍数控磨床和夹具的概念,阐述了夹具设计的内容,全面分析了从定位到误差分析,再到确保加工精度的内容,以期为日后的相关工作提供参考。
Fixture is one of the most important process equipment in product manufacUaring, its quality, working efficiency and reliability of the product processing quality and production efficiency plays a decisive role. In this paper, the concept of numerical control grinding machine and fixture is introduced, and the content of fixture design is described, and the content of positioning error is analyzed.
