摘要
目的利用LHJ增溶剂定量测定果冻中甜蜜素的含量。方法样品加入LHJ增溶剂,使样品充分溶解,在酸性介质中甜蜜素与亚硝酸钠反应,生成环己醇亚硝酸酯,正己烷提取,气相色谱分离,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果该方法在0.25-10mg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9996,检出限为0.001g/kg,回收率在90%-102%之间。结论该方法灵敏准确、回收率高、精密度好,处理样品时使用LHJ增溶剂测定结果提高2-3倍。
Objective Determination of the content of sodium cyclamate in fruit jelly by quantitative LHJ solubilizing agent. Methods The LHJ solubilizer was added into sample,to make the sample fully dissolved,the sodium cyclamate in acidic medium was reacted with sodium nitrite,generated Cyclohexanol nitrites,extract hexane,separated gas chromatographic,to retain the qualitative time,and quantified by external standard method. Results Several additives in 0. 25mg- 10 mg are in a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficients are greater than 0. 9996,the detection limit is 0. 001 g / kg,the recovery rate is in the range of 90%-102%. Conclusions The method is sensitive,accurate,high recovery rate and good precision,by using the novel LHJ solubilizer in sample preparation can improve efficiency of results by 2- 3 times.
