基于TPB理论对浙江省高职学生求职行为因素分析及机制探讨

摘要 随着国家逐年对大学生就业问题的关注,浙江省教育部门对大学生就业问题也从单一地追求就业率逐渐转向提高就业质量。而高职院校毕业生作为大学毕业生中的一支大军,在求职上存在一定的异质化和功利化现象,在此形式下,研究分析其求职行为规律及影响因素尤为重要。本文基于计划行为理论模型分析影响高职毕业生求职行为的影响因素并探讨其影响机制,旨在为高职院校更加有针对性地开展就业指导及职业生涯规划提供理论依据,从而提高高职毕业生就业率及就业满意度。
