Application and Research on a New Stiffened RubberBar Expansion Joint

桥梁伸缩缝对公路车道的平整度影响较大,为了改善路面与桥面相接处的平整度,一方面应当加大桥梁的联孔长度以减少伸缩缝的数量,另一方面要不断改进伸缩缝的型式、材料以及设计和施工质量。就此对加劲橡胶条伸缩缝问题及其施工方法作如下简述,并结合具体工程实例,对应用该项技术后的显著优势进行了分析。

Bridge expansion joint has a great impact on the smoothness of highway.Two measures can be taken to improve the smoothness of the joint between road and bridge:one is to reduce the number of expansion joint by increasing the span of the bridge holes) the other is to enhance the quality of expansion joint from the aspects of form,material,design and construction.This paper attempts to give a brief introduction of issues related with stiffened rubber bar expansion joint,as well as its construction,while providing an analysis of the distinct advantage of this technology through examples of existing projects.
