摘要
将三渣基层回收料替代天然集料用于水泥稳定碎石基层中,通过击实试验确定混合料的最大干密度和最佳含水量;探讨了级配、养生龄期、水泥剂量等因素对混合料性能的影响,并对比分析了水泥稳定三渣基层回收料与普通水泥稳定碎石性能的差异;根据试验结果与规范要求,阐述了水泥稳定三渣基层回收料适用的道路等级。结果表明:随着养生龄期的延长、水泥剂量的增加,混合料的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量、抗冻能力等指标都有所提高;满足一定条件的水泥稳定三渣基层回收料可用于不同交通等级道路的基层。
The recycled lime fly ash stabilized aggregate was used to replace natural aggregate in cement stabilized aggregate base.The max dry density and best water content were confirmed by compaction text,and then the influence laws of the grading types,the curing time and the cement content on the properties of mixture were analyzed.The performance of cement stabilized recycled aggregate was compared with cement stabilized aggregate.According to test results and standard requirements,the applicable road level to use cement stabilized recycled lime fly ash stabilized aggregate was analyzed.The results show the unconfined compressive strength,the splitting strength,the compressive resilient modulus and freezing resistance increase with the increasing of curing time and cement content.The cement stabilized recycled aggregate that satisfies certain conditions can be used in the base of road with different levels of transportation.
