血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响

Effect of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion on the micro inflammatory state in patients with chronic renal failure

目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响。方法选取2013年12月～2014年12月在我院住院治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者，将其中应用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者设为观察组（n=30），将其中应用血液透析治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者设立为对照组（n=30），比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标Scr、BUN水平以及炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果治疗前，观察组与对照组的Ser、BUN水平及TNF-α、IL-6水平比较，差异无显著；治疗后，观察组与对照组的Scr、BUN水平及TNF-α、IL-6水平分别较治疗前显著降低，且观察组的Set、BUN水平及TNF-α、IL-6水平治疗后分别显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用血液透析与血液灌流联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者有利于清除毒性物质、改善肾功能，且控制炎性反应，值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion on the chronic renal failure patients with chronic renal failure. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital inpatient treat- ment of chronic renal failure patients, 30 patients with chronic renal failure were treated with hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion treatment as the observation group（n=30）, 30 patients with chronic renal failure were treated with hemodialysis as control group （n=30）, before and after treatment,renal function index BUN, TNF-αlevels and inflam- matory factors Scr,IL-6 levels were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN, IL-6 and TNF-α had no significant difference（P〉0.05）, after treatment, the levels of Ser,BUN,TNF-α, IL-6 and Scr in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the level of Scr, BUN, TNF-α, IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemodialysis and blood perfusion combined in treatment of chronic renal failure patients can improve renal function, and control inflam- matory reaction, and it is worthy of ctinieal extensive promotion and application.
