外耳道炎耳拭子的应用和意义
Ordering and interpreting ear swabs in otitis externa
摘要
女性，25岁，平素身体健康，主诉单侧耳闷伴耳痛，考虑诊断为外耳道炎。全科医师开具了疗程10天的外用抗生素及类固醇滴耳液。遵医嘱治疗7天后，仍有持续的耳痛、耳流脓及听力下降，再次就诊。病程中无发热；查体发现：左侧耳廓软，外耳道弥漫性红肿，可见灰黑色渗出物。
