天麻钩藤饮加减治疗风火痰阻型脑中风恢复期的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect by Tianma Gouteng decoction in modified treatment of convalescence of wind hyperactivity phlegm obstruction type stroke

目的观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗风火痰阻型脑中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法 80例风火痰阻型脑中风恢复期患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组按照常规西医对症治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果试验组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗的基础上采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗风火痰阻型脑中风恢复期的患者,临床效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

ObjectiveTo observe clinical effect by Tianma Gouteng decoction in modified treatment of convalescence of wind hyperactivity phlegm obstruction type stroke.MethodsA total of 80 patients with convalescence of wind hyperactivity phlegm obstruction type stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine for treatment, and the experimental group received additional Tianma Gouteng decoction for modified treatment. Total effective rates were compared between the two groups.ResultsTotal effective rate was 90.0% in the experimental group, and was 72.5% in the control group. The experimental group was better than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionAdditional Tianma Gouteng decoction for modified treatment to conventional Western medicine in treating convalescence of wind hyperactivity phlegm obstruction type stroke can provide precisely clinical effect and improve quality of life in patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
