对普外科手术患者术中清醒时采取人文关怀护理模式的临床意义

Clinical significance of humanistic care nursing for intraoperative awaken patients in department of general surgery

目的探讨对普外科手术患者术中清醒时采取人文关怀护理模式的临床意义。方法普外科进行手术的120例患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组采取普通护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上使用术中人文护理关怀模式。观察两组患者的下床后活动时间、住院时间以及切口感染、腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐的发生情况。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科术中清醒患者采取人文关怀护理模式有重要的临床意义,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical significance of humanistic care nursing for intraoperative awaken patients in department of general surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients in department of general surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measures. The experimental group received additional intraoperative humanistic care nursing. Observations were made on off-bed activity time, hospital stay, incision infection, and occurrence status of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting.Results The experimental group had all better indexes than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement of humanistic care nursing for intraoperative awaken patients in department of general surgery contains important clinical significance, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
