高龄女性乳腺癌50例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 50 elderly women with breast cancer

目的分析75岁以上高龄女性乳腺癌的临床特点和治疗体会。方法回顾分析50例75岁以上老年高龄女性乳腺癌患者的临床资料,并对患者的生存情况和临床特点进行分析。结果 50例患者无围手术期死亡,术后出现皮下积液2例,无皮瓣坏死及淋巴水肿发生,无一例出现严重的并发症或原有并发症加剧。结论高龄乳腺癌患者具有独特的临床和病理特点,其治疗以手术和内分泌治疗为主。

Objective To analyze clinical characteristics and treatment experience of breast cancer in elderly women over 75 years old. Methods Clinical data of breast cancer in 50 elderly women patients over 75 years old were retrospectively analyzed. Their survival condition and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results There was no perioperative death case among the 50 cases, while 2 cases among them had postoperative subcutaneous hydrops, without any skin flap necrosis or lymphedema. No one had severe complications or worsen originally complications. Conclusion Elderly breast cancer patients have particular clinical and pathological characteristics, and surgery and endocrine therapy are main treatment methods for them.
