摘要
研究了超声波外场作用对未皂化的P204[二(2-乙基己基磷酸)]萃取分离稀土元素镨和钕萃取性能的影响。考察了稀土溶液的pH值、外场超声波的强度、外场超声波的频率对P204萃取镨和钕的分配比、分离系数以及相应的萃取饱和容量的影响。研究结果表明,当稀土溶液的pH值为5、超声波的强度和频率分别为20 W/cm-2和30 kHz时,P204对镨和钕元素的萃取性能达到最大。
Extraction property of unsaponifiable P~ for separation of praseodymium and neodymium under the action of ultrasonic was studied in the paper. Effects of pH value, ultrasonic intensity and ultrosinic frequency on distribution ratio, saperation factor and the maximum extraction capacity were investigated. The results show that distribution ratio, saturation exreaction capacity and separation factor between praseodymium and neodymium with P204 are the best under the conditions of pH value 5 ,ultrasonic intensity 20 W· cm-2 and ultrasonic frequency 30 kHz.
