胸部创伤56例临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience in 56 thoracic trauma cases

目的探究对胸部创伤患者进行细致护理的效果,以便为临床提供指导。方法 56例胸部创伤患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组28例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行细致护理,观察两组的护理效果和护理满意度。结果观察组的治愈率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%;观察组的并发症发生率为10.71%,明显低于对照组的28.57%;观察组护理满意度为96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸部创伤患者进行细致护理,能够提高患者的治愈率和护理满意度,降低死亡和并发症发生率,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate effect by meticulous nursing for thoracic trauma patients, in order to provide guidance for clinic. Methods A total of 56 patients with thoracic trauma were randomly, divided into control group and observation group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional meticulous nursing. Nursing effects and satisfaction degree of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group had cure rate as 96.43%, which was much higher than78.57% of the control group. The observation group had incidence of complications as 10.71%, which was much lower than 28.57% of the control group. The observation group had much higher satisfaction degree as 96.43% than 78.57% of the control group. The differences between the two groups all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion hnplement of meticulous nursing for thoracic trauma patients can improve cure rate and satisfaction degree, and reduce mortality and incidence of complications. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
