急腹症手术的腹腔引流(附170例临床分析) 被引量：1

摘要 本文就作者所在医院急腹症手术、腹腔引流的应用情况及出现的并发症情况做一汇总,重点对腹腔引流并发症的原因、诊断、防治措施做了分析并从以下几个方面做了讨论。具体有以下几方面:1腹腔引流的临床意义和重要性;2腹腔引流的局限性和危害性;3不滥用腹腔引流尽量减少预防性引流,不做"保险性"引流;4以彻底清理腹腔为主要措施;5正确运用腹腔引流,以期为临床合理应用腹腔引流提供实践资料。
