间充质干细胞治疗糖尿病微血管并发症研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)由于具有多向分化潜能.并可以旁分泌血管生成因子、各种细胞因子和免疫调节物质,同时还能降低血糖,而成为近年治疗糖尿病及其并发症的研究热点。本文从MSC与血糖控制、MSC治疗糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病神经病变及面临的问题与挑战等方面予以综述。
