Study of the Quality of Cabinet's Hinge System

铰链是将柜门和柜体连接成一个整体,并可使门开、闭的装置。本文在对铰链系统进行综合分析时指出:板材的握螺钉力是铰链系统质量的基础;五金件的质量是保证铰链持久耐用的重要条件;正确的安装和调试,是一个不可忽视的环节。笔者根据多年来对橱柜质量检验的实践,对现行的两个检测标准中力学试验性能和化学试验性能的有关部分提出了自己的见解。

A hinge is a moveable joint that connects cabinet doors to cabinet frames, and allows them to swing open and shut. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of hinge system, the author noted that the screw holding capability of panel is the foundation of the hinge system quality ; The quality of hardware is the essential prerequisite for the durability of hinge ; and the correct installation and adjustment can not be ignored. Based on years of practice of cabinet quality inspection, the opinions about the mechanics per- formance test and chemical test among the two existing test standards were proposed by the author.
